A downloadable game for Windows

Welcome to Skylife (Early Prototype)

Skylife is an open-world survival game currently in its very early stages of solo development. I’ve been working on this project from scratch for the past 3.5 months, focusing heavily on core systems rather than polished graphics.

Current Features in this Build:

  • Procedural World Generation: Explore an endless, dynamically generated terrain that builds itself as you move.
  • Custom Enemy AI: Face off against early versions of Skeletons, Zombies, and Berserkers using custom state machines.
  • Mining & Inventory: A fully functional modular inventory system where you can mine resources like emeralds and equip your character.

Why am I releasing this now? This is a raw, unpolished build. You will find bugs (like armor clipping through hair, or weird finger physics!), but I want to get the core gameplay loop into the hands of real players. I need your feedback to know if the mining, exploration, and combat feel right before I continue expanding the world.

Install instructions


  • Download the .zip file.


  • Right-click the downloaded file and select "Extract All..." (Do NOT try to run the game from inside the zip).


  • Open the extracted folder and double-click Skylife.exe to start the game.
